Product: Whole Prey Intact Rabbit

You’ll receive the full purchased weight or more, in pounds, of completely intact rabbits, including fur and all organs and entrails. For example, if you purchase 30 pounds of whole prey intact rabbit, you'll receive at least 30 pounds of rabbit, not counting the packaging and insulation.

Rabbits are packed individually. Rabbits generally weigh 3-5 pounds, but could range between 2 to 8 pounds.

Product: Skinned and Gutted Rabbits with Organs

You’ll receive the full purchased weight or more, in pounds, of rabbits that have been skinned and gutted. For example, if you purchase 30 pounds of skinned and gutted rabbits, you'll receive at least 30 pounds of rabbit, not counting the packaging and insulation.

Some organs are left in place inside the rabbits: liver, kidneys, lungs and heart. Heads, feet, fur, and entrails are removed. Average weight of the carcass, once processed, is 2 to 4 pounds. Rabbits come packaged individually and we write the actual weight of each rabbit on the outside of each package.

For convenience of serving, especially for smaller pets, we also have SKINNED, GUTTED, AND QUARTERED (SGQ). Cutting meat is time and labor intensive, especially going through bone. We will do the work for you. Our SGQ still contains the vital organs which are the superfoods that keep your pet in good health, Just scroll down to find the option you want.

Raising-Rabbits offers two products that each include venison:

1. Boneless Ground Venison: You’ll receive the full purchased weight or more, in pounds, of finely ground boneless venison meat. Bones, organs fur, entrails, heads, and feet are not included. It comes in convenient 3 pounds packages. Venison is also a good source of taurine for your pet. 
   
   
2. Venison/Rabbit Blend: You'll receive the full purchased weight or more, in pounds, of finely ground boneless venison meat mixed with bone-in rabbit and edible organs. The mix results in a well-balanced 80%-10%-10% blend of meat to bone to organs.

About ordering and receiving raw rabbit products from Raising-Rabbits:

• Lead Times: We process orders right away, but the producers will likely need time to prepare your fresh frozen order. (All products are intended for pet consumption.)
• Holidays: We do not ship during weeks with federal holidays due to increased shipping fees. 
• Special packaging used on frozen orders will maintain the product partly to completely frozen for the 2-3 day transit time. Click on About Ordering Raw Rabbit for details, and how to handle.
• Extra Protections: Insulation and Insurance are recommended and available depending on your location and ambient weather.  
• Packaging: Whole rabbits are packaged individually (whole prey, skinned/gutted). Various ground products are packaged in 2-3 pound units.
