My rabbit has syphilis

Hi, my rabbit has syphilis, that I'm sure of, as I have seen the pictures, and read the symptoms in your web as well as others.
Could you please tell me I have heard/read, that penicillin is the best treatment for that, if that's true, and what should be the dose like.
I am in India at present and the place I am in, they do not know anything about rabbits.
Please advise ASAP.
