Dutch Rabbit seems sad/watery eye?

I have a dutch rabbit called Benji, he's always been so happy and has the run of the whole garden except when he's back in his cage at night time.

This is a video of him from a few years ago; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fz9MvydWrTo&playnext=1&list=PL8E50960E8341BA0C

He used to run around after me and would come over when I called him.

However, in the past few months he hasn't really wanted to come out of his cage and just sits there looking miserable (I know he's just a rabbit but I swear he does!).

He also has one watery eye which is what worries me that there is something else wrong with him.

Please help!
