White thick discharge

I have had a netherland dwarf female for 5 days, it is 12 weeks old but tiny, the runt. She is beautiful but i think she has pasteurella. A vet prescribed baytril yesterday, liquid form, 0.3 ml a day, for a week. She is eating and drinking. I am clearing her nose with my tiny fingernail, warm water, and saline solution when she sneezes and I can get hold of a snot string.

I am most worried for her breathing and if i don't keep clearing it she is not able to. Please give any advice. She is sitting on my lap now chillin. If anyone can help, I am with her 24/7 for next 3 days x love Lisa and Shallot
