Scratching and odd behaviour

I am trying to gradually change my rabbit pellets. I have been doing so for a week. During this time my rabbit has become hyperactive! She is throwing her feeding bowl about and standing on her hind legs scratching the top of her hutch. Do you think the change in food is significant? Any other ideas? She is generally very happy and loving. This hasn't changed.
