Rabbit pulling fur for kits

How long after a bunny kindles will she continue to pull out her hair? My bunny kindled yesterday morning, and I was able to watch the whole thing, but this morning she is pulling out hair again.

Good question. The answer is pretty much individual, and possibly related to their own upbringing or maternal instinct. Some does pull their fur at kindling, and won't part with another scrap. Others decide the next night is a little chilly, and pull extra fur. One of our does is still pulling fur to cover her 2-week-old kits, silly rabbit!
