One baby rabbit left

So my rabbit had 3 babies and 2 died on Sunday but one is still alive, yet it's not in the nest. It's raining and it's cold -- what do I do?

Quick - put the little guy back into the nest. Hopefully the doe will find it there and keep feeding it. And hopefully the nest has enough fluffy fur in it to keep the little singleton warm.
