Bunny Eye Infection

Hi! My half Netherland Dwarf bunny is 12 days old today, and has opened one eye. Her other eye is sealed shut- with a faint trace of junk along it. Not much, but enough for it not to open. I wet a tissue and gently cleaned it across, and a minute or so later, it opened slightly.

I just picked her up after a little snooze and noticed both of her eyes now shut, with a small amount of junk. I just wiped it again and they are open. I saw your article about eye infections possibly being from the nest box, yesterday I cleared out and gave both mum and bunny a brand new bigger hutch. Does this sound like a serious eye infection?
