Bunnies

What would happen if you breed a brother and a sister rabbit from the same litter wouldn't they be deformed or not?

Well, it depends. How inbred are the parent rabbits? Have you any idea? Pedigrees? A history? Breeding brother and sister simply increases the likelihood that bad recessive genes *could* pair up. Two bad recessive genes for the same trait will result in a big problem. The problem is not the inbreeding, it is the underlying genetics themselves, which the inbreeding reveals.
Nothing says you can't give the breeding a whirl, but you might should be willing to put the bunnies that don't turn out just right into the soup pot when they reach 4-5 pounds...
